One thing though: We only promote mirrors to tier 1 if they worked well for 6 to 9 months. For now I have added you as a regular tier 2 mirror, but I'd be happy to promote you to tier 1 next year if you are still interested then. Please comment on this report again in summer/autumn 2021.
Until then, could you tell me, where you sync from right now?
Currently I sync from rsync://mirror.xtom.com.hk/repo/archlinux/
Once the mirror is more stable, feel free to open a new request to be upgraded to Tier 1.
