DetailsThe Bluegriffon language packs depends on gtk2, but depending on just Bluegriffon should be enough.

Specifically, the language packs should not need to have gtk* as a make dependency. The make dependencies of bluegriffon are unmodified in the for loop that prepares the language packages, which should not be needed.
