Detailspostgresql 13.1 uses a DEFAULT_PGSOCKET_DIR in /tmp but has PrivateTmp=true in its service file. this is caused by https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/commit/trunk/postgresql-run-socket.patch?h=packages/postgresql&id=d5fb4457bb4e2bae941ea3b5c23e14fcf11654d2 being incorrectly rebased to 13.1. the patch now changes the windows DEFAULT_PGSOCKET_DIR to /run/postgresql, which is not useful on arch. presumably the intended behavior was to change the non-windows DEFAULT_PGSOCKET_DIR to /run/postgresql.
