Yes, I know what xxd is, I'm asking where you expect it to come from in neovim.

Oh sorry I meant providing the binary itself but I don't know where the vim package gets it. To give you a bit of context, this package https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/hsa-rocr/ requires xxd and it seemed odd that neovim wasn't in that list.
