Description:
Since version 1.18.0, the nvenc and nvdec plugins have been removed and superseded by the new nvcodec plugin, which doesn't require additional build time dependencies and loads required libraries at run time. So the nvenc=disabled and nvdec=disabled lines in the current PKGBUILD has no effect, and the nvcodec plugin is built anyway. I suggest remove both lines for less confusion, and probably add nvidia-utils, which provides libraries required the nvcodec plugin, to optdepends. Additional info: * package version: gst-plugins-bad 1.18.1 * link to the nvcodec plugin: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-bad/-/tree/1.18.1/sys/nvcodec * link to the related commit: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-bad/-/commit/c18fda03d9f40e4bca726a9d18d6289c810bedfd |
