Description:
Support for CardOS 5.3 is broken in 0.20.0 series.
This is a regression.
Fix is merged upstream: https://github.com/OpenSC/OpenSC/pull/1987

I have updated to 0.21.0 yesterday, which should have fixed that. Can you confirm if it works for you?
