I’m not sure if I have to report it to you or to the Manjaro [1] packagers. Entering three times a wrong password makes the dialog go away and eg KDE Systemsettings assumes changes were made and grays out the apply button. -> Please see the upstream bug report [2] Nate Graham from KDE answered to this: > This is caused by using the pam_deny module which Arch now used by default.
