Description:
The preferences window has no header under KDE, which means that the user cannot edit their included/excluded folders.

Additional info:
- This affects at least 42.5-1
- This is because of the packaged libhandy1.patch

See upstream fix https://gitlab.gnome.org/World/deja-dup/-/commit/50c16ddb769c533e3e3ff6ea3d4c0e824b102dbb that avoids this. Consider adding this one-line patch to the packaging as well.
