Description:

Recent releases of telegram-desktop have removed this option.

Some discussion on the topic can be found at https://github.com/telegramdesktop/tdesktop/pull/8627

"So, we decided to remove the flag and if some maintainer really want to remove handler installation, he should patch the source code and only he will be completely responsible for this unsupported choice."

I will remove the TDESKTOP_DISABLE_REGISTER_CUSTOM_SCHEME flag and follow the upstream decision on this.
