python-pathlib fails to build from source [1].

Should be python-pathlib2 not python pathlib.

Fixed by adding python-tests to checkdepends.

python-connexion [1] and python-wxpython [2] do not use pathlib2 for python3 both now use pathlib.
Extend use of pathlib instead of pathlib2 in python-tox tests for python3 [3] and I believe the package can be dropped.
