python-portend fails check due to failing a formatting check [1] for black which is downloaded in the python-virtualenv.
Fixed by applying unmerged upstream pull request [2].

Similar to  FS#68584  this should be patched out so we don't run pointless formatting prettifier checks as OS integration checks.
