Is the bandwidth in Megabit/second or Megabyte/second? 20 Megabit/second sounds like way, way too little to be useful as a publicly listed mirror, unless it is located in a very special, remote, badly-connected location.

I thought it was megabytes, but after doing some tests it is indeed only 20 megabits.

You can close this issue if you want. I'll repost when I have actual bandwidth. Something must be wrong somewhere 'cause I'm rated for 125 megabits.
