Description:
ceph package does not include upstream logrotate configuration

Additional info:
* package version(s) - ceph 14.2.8-1
* config and/or log files etc. - n/a
* link to upstream bug report, if any - n/a

Steps to reproduce:

* Install ceph package
* Configure and run a cluster
* eventually log volume on monitor (or any node) will fill


The upstream source provides a logrotate configuration (and has in one form or another for years).
