Bash completion for hwloc are installed in /etc/bash_completion.d/. By Arch convention, they should go in /usr/share/bash-completion/completions/.

Thank you for triaging. I just checked on hwloc installed on my system, which is hwloc 2.4.0-1. The bash completion has been moved since ver. 2.2.0-1 and is now in the correct directory, i.e., it is /usr/share/bash-completion/completions/hwloc
