youtube-dl's github repo has been taken down via a DMCA takedown request honoured by github.

The download URL in the PKGBUILD, which was hosted via github pages, is currently returning error 451 Unavailable for Legal Reasons.

This doesn't affect the current package in the repos, but the package can't currently be built from source without an alternative source URL.
