Description:

Without jxrlib installed, opening TechDraw workbench produces error:

libjpegxr.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Now looking at it, jxrlib should have been automatically installed as a dependancy. I don't know how the system got to a state without it installed (freecad and other deps are there).
