Details

Description:
Ceph fails to build from source as it depends on zstd=1.4.4 [1]. Also requires patches for glibc 2.32, gcc 10 and to pass a python check.
[2] diff to proposed updated PKGBUILD [3], updates zstd version, updates util-linux-libs to libutil-linux, adds one patch for glibc compatility which requires a second to apply cleanly, adds to patches for gcc compatibility, adds one patch to pass run-tox-mgr-dashboard test.

Updated PKGBUILD.diff as I had not pulled [1] since I started working on ceph. No impact on the resultant PKGBUILD.
