flac-1.1.3 merged libOggFlac into libFlac, attached is a patch backported from svn to add support for flac >=1.1.3, and a patch to update the PKGBUILD.

In future a little more attention should be paid to updating packages. Configure complains that there's no libOggFLAC, but as it is not a required dependence it caries on building.
