Description: kactivitymanagerd continuously crashing

Additional info: process crash while open the systemcontrol panel or dolphin

Steps to reproduce: update to recent package and open systemcontrol or dolphin

Problem has already been fixed upstream by a patch https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kactivitymanagerd/commit/590778d6f105e11f4521d5bed65ac0e30b086132

I re-build the package applying the patch and the problem has gone. Please include the patch in the package, until it has been official solved in v5.20.1
