Description:
I have an Intel AX200 wireless card on my laptop.
After upgrade my kernel to linux-5.9.1, bluetooth is broken and Wi-Fi is still working.

My wireless card:

Update:
I found that the msr module error in dmesg is same as [1] due to the package: core/throttled

I have a related issue with my Lenovo Thinkpad P1 and Logitech MX-Ergo bluetooth trackball.
The only fix I found was to downgrade the kernel to 5.8.14
-> see  FS#68346
