I have an Intel AX200 wireless card on my laptop. After upgrade my kernel to linux-5.9.1, bluetooth is broken and Wi-Fi is still working. I found that the msr module error in dmesg is same as [1] due to the package: core/throttled

The only fix I found was to downgrade the kernel to 5.8.14
