DetailsAs of version 2.8-1 of gperftools/libtcmalloc, allocations sometimes fail by returning null pointers, despite enough memory being available.
The issue is absent in version 2.7-8. The bug is reported upstream here: https://github.com/gperftools/gperftools/issues/1204 https://github.com/gperftools/gperftools/issues/1226 Would it be possible to remove version 2.8-1 from the repositories until the bug is fixed upstream? |
