Description: When I tried this morning my Archlinux installation, I saw a conflict between libusb 1.0.23-3 and sane 1.0.31-1.

:: Starting full system upgrade...
resolving dependencies...
looking for conflicting packages...
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: installing libusb (1.0.23-3) breaks dependency 'libusbx' required by sane


Additional info:
sane 1.0.31-1
libusb-1.0.23-2

Steps to reproduce:

Just try to install new libusb with sane installed.

I opened a bug report about sane a while ago:  FS#68062  - [sane] configure options corrections, minor improvements.
Seems, that now is a perfect time to apply all those improvements.

The same issue also affects the following packages:
calibre 5.3.0-1
gnuradio 3.8.1.0-3
rbutil 1.4.1-1

libpcap 1.9.1-2 could theoretically also be affected, but that version is only in core, and libpcap 1.9.1-3/1.9.1-4 in testing has already been fixed.
