FS#68062- [sane] configure options corrections, minor improvements.Seems, that now is a perfect time to apply all those improvements.
calibre 5.3.0-1
gnuradio 3.8.1.0-3
rbutil 1.4.1-1
libpcap 1.9.1-2 could theoretically also be affected, but that version is only in core, and libpcap 1.9.1-3/1.9.1-4 in testing has already been fixed.
