By default pocl builds for host CPU (native), package in repos was built for znver1, which may result in illegal instruction error on different uarch CPU. Passing -DKERNELLIB_HOST_CPU_VARIANTS=distro to cmake will build multiple variants for different SSE and AVX versions, making it possible to run on all supported CPUs at close to native performance.
