Description:
China webcam "Jieli Technology USB PHY 2.0"(0x1224, 0x2a25) incorrect microphone work. Sound speedups, like minions

Steps to reproduce:
Insert webcam, use microphone

I'm wrote quirk for this webcam, simple fix datainterval parameter, that wrong report by webcam. Don't known how much this correct, i'm just brute force all parameters and found working quirk :)
