Details

Description:
seamonkey fails to build from source due to glibc 2.32 dropping sys/sysctl.h [1].
Applying Fedora patch [2] resolves the issue with glibc it then fails due to a rust incompatibility.
Applying Gentoo patch [3] resolves the issue with rust and the package then builds.

Please also consider dropping python2-psutil and python2-setuptools. I was able to build the package in a clean chroot without them.
PKGBUILD.diff contains diff of changes [4].
