It seems that more tools are now in sbin in general and the weird Makefile overrides have to be used in the install target (see this old issue about the same thing [1]).
Many files changed and I did not see the two binaries/scripts moving to the wrong location.
As discussed on IRC, I'll release a new version of the package soon.
