kconfig fails to build from source using sip 4.19.24-2 [1].
sip: Unable to find file "kconfigwatcher.sip"
Using sip 4.19.24-1 or sip5 5.4.0-1 the build completes without issue.

Additional info:
* kconfig 5.74.0-1
* sip 4.19.24-2

Steps to reproduce:
Build kconfig in a clean chroot.

This is a race that happens occasionally, it has nothing to do with the sip version.

pkgrel -2 made no changes and only dropped python2 support. So if it works on pkgrel -1 and fails on pkgrel -2 then either a simple rebuild completely broke sip, or it's a race condition, but either way it's deeply suspicious and not a problem with kconfig... ;)

I'd generally suspect the race condition before anything else. And arojas confirms it.
