Can't launch lollypop with libhandy 0.0.13-2, need libhandy 1

libhandy1 (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/libhandy1) from AUR should be adopted to Community repo

@stepo: There's also a libhandy-1.0.0-1 in staging. Hope it will come quickly in main repo.
Meanwhile, install libhandy1 from AUR will launch lollypop.
