Details

Description:
ispell has special requirements to use CFLAGS.
PKGBUILD.diff contains a proposed fix.
An alternative solution is the patch from Debian [3] which causes $CFLAGS and $LDFLAGS to be used.

Steps to reproduce:
Run namcap on ispell-3.4.00-3-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst, the output [1] contains warnings of executables lacking FULL RELRO.
