Details

The attr and acl libraries are requested by quite a few binaries in the / filesystem, Installing these libraries to / allows one to have a more functional root filesystem if /usr is a separate unmounted filesystem.

tpowa: btw clicking on "View CVS Entries" on http://www.archlinux.org/packages/9334/ and http://www.archlinux.org/packages/9335/ shows empty CVS dir. :-?

acl and attr have been moved from lib to base, the package pages need updated.

I've attached 2 patches to move the libs to /lib and add the license field.
