Description:
Maybe it should be considered to apply an upstream patch atop of the current release to that sets the default fallback distribution to F31 instead of EOL. Fedora 30 has been EOL and thus doesn't receive any (perhaps critical) updates and might as well be unsupported in the feature or breaking in toolbox. Considering that outside of Fedora/RHEL toolbox isn't widely used, and this behaviour doesn't trigger for those distributions, I think it's unlikely that there will be much incentive upstream to fix toolbox if it's not working with an EOL fedora. OTOH, of course we'd like to follow upstream as close as possible. Additional info: * v0.0.95 * patch: https://github.com/containers/toolbox/commit/9840ca55a126b332f45f3fc9fbb22552e1fe2d3f Steps to reproduce: N/A |
