DetailsPlugin libraries are not created under "/usr/lib/gimageview".
For example, under "/usr/lib/gimageview/image_loader" pairs of files like these should be created: libgimv_png_loader.la libgimv_png_loader.so libgimv_jpeg_loader.la libgimv_jpeg_loader.so (this is what happens in the i686 package) Instead what we get from the x86_64 package under the same directory is: libgimv_png_loader.a libgimv_jpeg_loader.a As a result, gimageview is completely useless under x86_64 since all image import plugins are missing. |
