DetailsThe mpv program is broken in some way since the 15/08/2020
I installed the new linux kernel 5.8 and lots of new packages from my arch machine and then, when I run in a terminal: mpv file.ext It doesn't play anything and returns the prompt without any logs, and then the x terminal can not display anymore characters, kind of broken. Then, I have no logs. I thought about the kernel, but downgrade it and no changes. Reinstall it completely, still broken. Then, I suspect one of the packages in attachement I upgraded since mpv was working fine to be the cause of the issue. package version: community/mpv 1:0.32.0-4 Steps to reproduce: Update all your packages, mpv should have the broken behavior. |
