Additional info: * package version(s): pymol 2.3.0-3 * config and/or log files etc. * link to upstream bug report, if any Steps to reproduce: * Launch pymol * Click the command line at the bottom of the program [code] /usr/bin/pymol: line 3: 3184482 Segmentation fault (core dumped) "/usr/bin/python" "/usr/lib/python3.8/site-packages/pymol/__init__.py" "$@" [/code] The scaling issue can be fixed by setting QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR to 0. |
