I can't confirm this. Redownloading the file results in a02c0bb1b91199600f9b7b45a9dd2feb8a0e3fafd3fc11ca7c5a3f0103bb76d2 again.

The hash given in the upstream checksum file https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/security/nss/releases/NSS_3_55_RTM/src/SHA256SUMS is indeed the one stated in this bug report as opposed to the one in the PKGBUILD. Downloading the file on my system also gives the fc692... instead of the a02c0... hash, so something weird seems to be going on on your system.
