Details
Description: Some of the plugins: scope, fat1, darc, fil4,
dpl, matrixmixer8x8, mixtri, spectre, stepseq are probably
not installed correctly, if I start them from the
application launcher (I am using Plasma) I receive a message
'Could not find the program
"com.x42_plugins.x42_nameoftheplugin" ' and they do not show
an icon either.
Ardour 6.2 or Carla do not list them among plugins. If I have a JACK session started and start them from the terminal they start correctly. Additional info: * package version(s): 20200714-1 |

There is indeed a bug with the XDG desktop files of the standalone versions of those plugins (you can still start them from the terminal using e.g. `x42-scope`).
However, you should be able to load their respective LV2 variants in carla and ardour (just tested) without any issues (note you might have to rescan the respective plugin libraries as this is not done automatically to make them show up!).
I'll fix the issues with the XDG desktop files in an upcoming pkgrel.
