Details

Variety uses the qdbus command to change wallpapers in KDE Plama, but the command is only available in the qt5-tools package. Making it an optional dependency will let users know what else is needed to make variety function in KDE Plasma.

qdbus is a dependency of spectacle as well and it pulls in the entire qt5 tools.
IMHO qdbus should be split from the qt5-tools package like it's done in debian and gentoo

Implemented in TRUNK, will be reflected in the packages once there is a new release
