Description: Linux completely breaks the plasma desktop at X.org and Wayland (Intel HD Graphics 400) Fresh Arch Linux Installation

Steps to reproduce:

Do a clean install of Arch Linux with intel graphics and the Linux package (5.7.9) and install the plasma desktop
