Transmission supports libappindicator which is required for the tray icon to show up on Wayland (at least on sway, the deprecated tray API in GTK3 is X11-only and sway doesn't support the xembed tray protocol). Support is compiled in when libappindicator is detected, so just adding community/libappindicator-gtk3 as a dependency should be enough.
