Some note though:
- netactuate.com is a tier 2 mirror, but you should be syncing from a tier 1 mirror (to prevent potential sync loops and because tier 1 mirrors have been proven to be reliable)

- I can't seem to connect to your mirror via rsync. http works fine. Could you take a look at that? You can also see there errors here: https://www.archlinux.org/mirrors/anquan.cl/1431/

We made a change in our firewall and the rsync problem has been solved. Regarding the mirror to which we connect, we changed it to T1: http://archlinux.c3sl.ufpr.br/
