Description:

I stumbled upon [this problem](https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1916350), and when I asked on IRC #KDE, they say it is likely [this bug](https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=423995) and that its fix needs to be backported by a distro.

The bug was fixed by the following commit https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/commit/1cfd9e882df3af50219b730493947e8ee02b5ed4 it needs to be backported until 5.19.4 is released.
