Description:
All games using vulkan (proton/dxvk) fail to start using (lib32-)vulkan-icd-loader-1.2.146
downgrading to (lib32-)vulkan-icd-loader-1.2.145 fixes the issue.

Maybe Arch linux related, at least there don't seem to be other distros with the problem.

SteamVR fails with 1.2.146 as well and works with 1.2.145!

Another workaround is to go to Steam -> Settings -> Shader Pre-Caching -> Disable Shader Pre-Caching
