Description:
The Arch Wiki is unclear in one section of dnsmasq (https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Dnsmasq)
Under the section "DNS Server" and then "Manual forwarding" the following configuration entries are suggested:

no-resolv

# Google's nameservers, for example
server=8.8.8.8
server=8.8.4.4

However, it is not clear that these entries should be made in /etc/dnsmasq.conf, especially since other config files have been discussed and altered. For instance just above the /etc/resolvconf.conf file has been referenced and changed. So I think it should be specified for above entries that it is the /etc/dnsmasq.conf that should be changed.
