Description:

I have the latest arduino package installed without arduino-docs and in this case the arduino package installs a broken symlink:

/usr/share/arduino/reference -> /usr/share/doc/arduino

I think this symlink should be provided by arduino-docs instead.

Fixed with arduino 1.8.13-1
Please test and reopen the issue if it still occurs.
