Details Description: Libva project migrated to https://github.com/intel while https://cgit.freedesktop.org/vaapi/vdpau-driver was abandoned. Debian dropped package from testing last year: https://salsa.debian.org/multimedia-team/vdpau-video https://github.com/xtknight/vdpau-va-driver-vp9 seems to be where development is at now.
