Description: There is problem when pan/zooming over a tiled server layer with new version of QGIS 3.12.3-2, app lock when launched concurrent/parallel zoom request over a new zone (not cached zone of map) (all ok with previous version 3.12.3-1).

Steps to reproduce:

Will be a problem with libraries, same version but packet with Flatpak is Ok.

Yes, the problem still happens with the new version 3.14.0-1.

Then please contact with the upstream developers. We can't do anything at distribution level.

Note that qgis 3.12.3-2 was just a rebuild for Qt 5.15, so this bug is maybe related to this Qt version.

I loaded three layers from QuickMapServices and spend some time frantically zooming in and out and moving the map around.
No freeze of the rendering. Not sure what happened before. Requesting closure.
