DetailsDescription:
I updated upower today and the login process freezes. Downgrading to upower-0.99.11-2-x86_64 resolves this problem. It appears if upower-0.99.11-2 is installed, that upgrading will work as long as you don't reboot. From power off state it just freezes(or goes really, really slow) during login. Additional info: * package version(s) upower-0.99.11-3-x86_64 boke * config and/or log files etc. * link to upstream bug report, if any Steps to reproduce: power on computer and start session from sddm. Wait/go to another terminal to downgrade. |

I tracked it down. I had the git version of libimobiledevice and libplist installed and the newer upower is linked to another version.
