In 78.0b7 source tarball, browser/locales/Makefile.in

```
ifdef MOZ_DEV_EDITION
MOZ_LANGPACK_EID=langpack-$(AB_CD)@devedition.mozilla.org
else
MOZ_LANGPACK_EID=langpack-$(AB_CD)@firefox.mozilla.org
endif
```

So shouldn't '@devedition.mozilla.org' still be used for Developer Edition?

Starting Firefox in safe mode for once solved the issue.
