Description:
lib32-mesa 20.1.0 is built with -D gallium-drivers=swr. On my machine without AVX it crashes with Illegal instruction (core dumped).
Building without swr makes 32-bit programs (e.g. Steam) work again.

Additional info:
* lib32-mesa 20.1.0 or 20.1.1
* Upstream bug report: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/issues/3077

Steps to reproduce:
Install lib32-mesa 20.1.0 or newer in a machine without AVX like the Intel Core i5-650.
