Details
I tried using GPGKEY="=$PACKAGER" in ~/.makepkg.conf, which
should result in -u "=$PACKAGER" getting passed to gpg.
commitpkg from devtools handles this fine but repo-add and
makepkg currently assume GPGKEY contains no whitespace.
